Aromas of nectarine with hints of melon.
Flavors of green apple and pineapple accompanied by a refreshing acidity.
Short maturation of three months in oak barrels.
WINEMAKER NOTES:
The harvest was early and the grapes were
picked at nighttime. Fermentation was in
stainless steal tanks at cold temperatures.
The wine was aged in small old oak barrels
for three months.
