The wine is composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Caladoc, a combination that produces a rosé of remarkable freshness, fruit expression, and balance. Grenache contributes the wine’s juicy character, pale, elegant color, and vibrant fruit aromas reminiscent of red-fruit candies and pink grapefruit. Caladoc adds depth, structure, and presence, while bringing freshness and well-defined acidity that balance the fruit and create a more complex, focused profile.
